Take the Deployment: The Location Inside the Body You Can Safely Operate From
Brought Forth…
[Attention Location] What is the location of your attention right now, I mean, physically? Can you spot it inside your body, is it close to the brain? The direction at which you take, your activities, what you decide to go for first, is determined by that movement, and that movement is determined by what leads it takes and has been taking from the location it is at more frequently.
[Volition] What that tells you is that you do not necessarily control what is being fed to you, as directives go, you simply (and unconsciously) “see” what’s in the pile of your thoughts and pick up what seems more reasonable to deal with first.
This logic could be seen as a kind of linear, and even old-fashioned logic, especially in the era of AI, and even in the way large language models (LLMs) have been and are still being trained, following those logics of “before.”
What I mean is that if there is a mechanism you can use to determine the location, and with it the “mood” or “temperature,” as in, the temperament of that environment, i.e., who’s running it, what resources are required to do so, how is it managed, how can its functions be enhanced, and even increased, and exponentially even; now, then we’re talking!
Show-How…
There is a difference between thinking of ourselves as our body and looking at our body as its own independent entity running its biological processes in ways we can’t possibly fathom, most times because that’s not necessarily something we’re interested in. With that comes the complacent reliance in what it is doing, we just have to take it, accept it, right?! Wrong!
[Attention Point] The difference is in the result we get. Suppose you decide to intervene. You check the location you are coming from, within the body. In other words, in a meditative-like mode and with your eyes closed (or open, as you get the hang of it), you pinpoint where you’re at, your attention point, is what I call it.
Now, make mention to move it, and literally physically start moving it. What you’re moving is an actual physical conglomerate of particles you’re moving from one location inside the body to another. Decide where to and simply do it. See how that goes, how that makes you feel, more so how that makes your body feel.
Then, observe how you feel, that’s right, you, the attention point of you, that’s your mind. What you observed the body to feel is the actual mind of the body, how it dealt with becoming alert that there was an “unusual” movement taking place.
Good to Know…
What you just did, or exercised yourself doing, is the beginning of getting hold of how the conversation with your body takes place; and with that, the beginning of impacting your body in a beneficial way, becoming the main impact to the body in a way that overrides any negative impacts that might want to intrude.
The mechanism I make mention above is exactly the kind of outlook we’re looking to get through applications we can make out of the technologies I’m working with; a supporting operating system layer for the body we can safely rely on.
