Read and listen to my Extended: On What a Mind Is, How a Mind Arises
Brought Forth…
[Perception-Interface] There is an interface in which you’re sitting in, with, and at, and that you’re using to experience physical reality with. It’s called your human body. It is not you, but it is certainly yours. There is a tourbillon, a whirlwind of processes taking place inside your body right now, happening without your having any say in it.
[Physical Reality] That is to say that physical reality exists not because you perceive it, but simply because it is there, right before you, and also before you, in the sense that it precedes your sense of grasping it. It takes place, in the sense that it initiates itself, without your human "mind" or "will." It has a mind and a volition of its own. And the same goes for your body.
So, where does that leave you and your own mind then?!
[Matter]+[Movement]=[Existence]⇒[Intent]⇔[Mind] In exactly the same way that the physical reality of your existence — the infinitesimal foundational matter of what you are giving you right now the ability to have the notion of knowing that you exist and, at the same time, sustaining the physicality of your body through the physical impulsing motions it does into your cells, constantly, supporting them as a physical constituency that does not disintegrate, keeping them whole — precedes the need of having a body, in the sense that it (your existence, as described above) precedes the formation of the body itself, only moments later “joining” (in the sense, that there is a movement being made, from one location that is smaller in scale to another that is larger) and integrating itself into and with it, your mind, which comes compounded within it all (the result or effect of that specific movement, in the sense that it does its own kind of movement, as opposed to the kind of movement mine does), precedes it too; it (your mind) exists before the body, right there in that threshold — with, in between, and then into — and with your body, all the way through and throughout that enforcing trajectory. (Phew! Now brace for hand-drawn-picture directives below.)
Show-How…
Good to Know…
Everything is NOT a construct. The reality you see is very much real indeed. It’s just that your body, the perception-interface you’re using to see and experience reality with is not yet transformed, evolutionarily speaking, into an environment that can give you more, increase your senses beyond its sensory system. (Notice I said “yet.”)
You cannot experience that which you cannot perceive. Enhanced perception can do that for you, enhance your experiences.
