Brought Forth…
[Energy Levels]⇔[Awareness Levels] The overall level of energy contained within your body right now is, without a doubt, affecting your level of awareness. The beauty of it is that the other way around is also true, the level of your awareness can directly influence in redirecting the energy levels of your body by calibrating it and even by powering it.
There is a shouting different between 1) the awareness you carry at any given moment, especially toward the body, 2) the body's awareness toward its processes, toward its own ability to maintain smoothness (i.e., homeostasis) within its systems, from the nervous to the lymphatic, you name it (i.e., its autonomic motions), and 3) the directions you give to it (consciously or unconsciously), if any.
[Awareness]+[Intensity of Charge]=[Impacts] All 3 above, when exercised, are different kinds of impacts, and at different “intensities of charge.” The level of your awareness carries a certain intensity of charge to it, and depending on where it is at, higher or lower, it will impact the body differently. On the other hand, the body is well versed in running its biological processes with expertise, and of course, it wouldn’t mind having your help for that to happen.
[Intensity of Charge]⇔[Energy Expenditure] Intensity of charge (which varies, depending on many factors) determines the spread of impact within the body, and the spread of impact regulates energy expenditure, which can then increase or decrease. The key is getting hold of seeing the big picture when the event is taking place. (Brace for directives below.)
Show-How…
[Attention Location] Start by pinpointing the location of your attention, "Where am I right now?" (You didn’t see that coming, did you?)
Your attention, I mean, the physical constituent elements (a conglomerate of particles, is what I call it) responsible for sustaining that movement, the one you do with your attention, from one physical location inside the body to another, when you grab hold of it, especially, recognize the location you’re using it from — close to the brain? the heart? — recognizing if it is “renting” from an organ’s resources; that is the first thing you do. And when you do, you can relieve that organ from having to have “you” there so heavy in it, with it.
When you do that, you automatically signal for a recalibration of charge, the electromagnetic activity contained within that location in the body, and the intensity of it changes. Then you’re free to “roam” inside a little bit lighter, you’re now ready to redirect; you actually have just made a redirection.
Good to Know…
Every time you feel the “heaviness,” the weight of some kind of intensity, in your head for example, a headache, know that it is directly related to how the running of electromagnetic activity is taking place right there; it needs to either be relieved by a redirect of its flow or dissipated altogether by a full stop in receiving certain kinds of impact which have been constant and recurrent.
Next time that happens, investigate what these impacts are, where they are coming from, and see if you had anything to do with it or if you brought yourself back to a situation that triggered it, e.g., you ate something you shouldn’t have, you went to a place of distress (physically or in your mind), went back to a physical location that is problematic, or had a stressful conversation, etc.
