Extended: On Physical Reality and Perception (due to the Interface-Body Apparatus)
How does the reality of what you are shape the experiences you have because of “how much” you can perceive? What does it have to do with materialization? Where does the body meet your volition?
This is part 1 of a 3-part guide on physical materialization. More specifically, how the physical reality of what you are in relation to your body influences in the pathways of materialization within the body, which, in turn, reflect into how events take place internally—those of which contribute to (or hinder) the smoothness in which these movements take place (directly affecting your body’s state of balance [i.e., homeostasis] and, consequently, its health), and the clarity in which you perceive their processing and what for (including the physical standpoints those movements happen and at what scale inside the body)—extending into external situations, the experiences you have, outputs of this combination, and the result of which determines the quality of your life.
These are pointed though elongated (instead of short) elucidations structured as follows:
Factor First…
: what you need to look into if you want to understand it
Solves Through…
: a direction or solution (you can follow through)
Directives…
: what that means for you: How does it help you? How do you deal with it? And what can you do about it?

Factor First…
The first thing we need to look at if you want to understand how to direct physical materialization is the relationship between the body as a physical constituency in itself (i.e., its own entity), and the what of what you are, also a physical constituency, but residing inside the body as a separate entity (i.e., the infinitesimal foundational matter sustaining what you call "you," inside the body); both physical constituencies, but different, and different primarily in scale.
This gives way to understanding what the physical reality of your body is doing to the way you are perceiving and experiencing the world. It also opens the pathways to clarity, not only to how it functions, but to having it, controlling it. Which, in turn, gives way to the pathways of materialization, understanding (and then, knowing) how it happens inside and to your body, and to other physical constituencies, how they put themselves together; including how events take shape. (And that in itself hints to determination; it switches the lever of probability into one in which an outcome can be determined.)
Interface-body apparatus
The reality of what you are in relation to the reality of the body shapes the experiences you have because of “how much” you can perceive, facilitated by that combination, and influences the outputs of materialization inside and outside your body.
The body, due to being an interface apparatus you use to perceive and experience the world, ends up being in the way of your getting in touch with the "agent" inside of it, the literal physical constituent elements we could describe as "you."
On top of that…
